Unmerging a Synchronized PrescribeIT® Patient Record
If a PrescribeIT® patient’s record has been merged in error, you must contact our PTS Customer Care team at 1.800.387.6093 or by email at ptscustomercare@mckesson.ca.
You will need to request that an unmerge of the patient record is required. You will be required to identify the patient’s name, date of birth, gender, and address information.
Note: Patient focused services will not be unmerged with a patient record. Any patient focused services prescriptions created will remain on the target patient.
